Media Communications Awareness training is for individuals who serve as the spokesperson, and interact with the media during emergencies and disasters, or interact with emergency management staff or others that may be tasked in responding to media inquiries. This training provides instruction on how to respond to inquiries to and from the public, which include handling questions, providing answers, and helpful interview techniques.
