Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services seeks to solicit proposals from building owners, building managers, or developers from which to lease an office facility ranging from 16,000-18,000 Rentable Square Feet located in the Davenport metropolitan market and be specifically within the following geographical boundaries; North to 53rd Street, South to Locust Street, East to Jersey Ridge Rd., West to Fairmount St. The facility will house approximately seventy (70) staff.
