Description

The Iowa Department of Agriculture laboratory is seeking eligible bidders to provide a nitrogen analyzer machine that meets the specifications of the updated Chemistry Laboratory Guidebook (CLG-PR04.04) (Rev 4) of the USDA/FSIS. The Iowa Department of Agriculture laboratory is seeking to achieve cooperative inspection service (CIS) status with USDA (See Attachment #6). The Iowa Department of Agriculture laboratory is possibly seeking eligible bidders who are able to provide repair and maintenance service to nitrogen analyzer machines. The resulting Contract(s) will be a purchase order for the nitrogen analyzer machine and an optional Contract for Maintenance and Repair Service Plans. Bidders must respond to this bid within Iowa Vendor Self Service and attach the completed RFB Document In Iowa Vendor Self Service. Internet Explorer is required to respond in Iowa Vendor Self Service. No faxed bids will be accepted.
