Description

The State of Iowa is seeking eligible bidders to Contract with to provide paper and printing supplies for office and print shop use. Any Bidder that meets the requirements of this RFB is encouraged to submit a bid. Copy papers including virgin and recycled copy paper, white and colors, shall be awarded to one vendor.  The State recognizes that certain papers that were bid last year may no longer be available on the market.  Bidders may propose equivalent alternate  lines of paper to the lines that are referenced in the pricing document.      The State does not guarantee volume.   An estimated quantity based on past history or other  means may be used as a guide. 2017-2019 paper and printing supplies usage see Attachment #5.     Bidders are advised that State of Iowa agencies can also order copy paper from the State’s Office Supply vendors, Staples and Office Depot, under Master Agreement 18076 through  August 1, 2020 and Master Agreement 19304 through March 1, 2021
