Description

The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) is currently seeking design services from qualified design firms for a project consisting of the repairs to existing utilities and systems in Capitol Complex utility sub-tunnel in Des Moines, IA. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on-site at the Facilities Management Center, 109 SE 13th Street, Des Moines at 1:00 PM CST, Wednesday, February 20th, 2019. Attendees shall meet inside the Facilities Management Center.
