Mass Fatality Exercise & After Action Report and COVID-19 After Action Report

Description
The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) is seeking a respondent to plan, develop, and manage a Mass Fatality Exercise to include an After Action Report, as well as develop and produce a COVID-19 Response After Action Report. This shall include identification of stakeholders in collaboration with IDPH, development of information gathering tools for the identified stakeholders, State, and/or identified partners to gather lessons learned, best practices, challenges, and barriers to the response.
This After Action Report (AAR) and Improvement Plan (IP) will serve to provide IPHD with data to document strengths and areas for improvement so the department can improve preparedness and response efforts associated with pandemics as well as other disasters.
The development of the AAR and IP shall be consistent with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) requirements.
