Description
This project includes the removal of existing sidewalk, one tree stump, and one vault restroom building. The void from the building demolition will be backfilled with modified subbase and compacted. A new vault restroom building with an electrical service connection, sidewalk, ADA parking space will be installed on the same site. Painting, site grading, erosion control, seeding, and stockpiling crushed stone are also included.
Please see the plans and bid package and Addendum 1 as noted below. Bid Closing Date and Time: 11/19/2026 at 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically as directed in the General Information and Instructions to Bidders.
