Description

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services – Central Procurement Bureau, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving bids for Repairs to the Utility System’s in the Sub-Tunnel servicing the Wallace Building in Des Moines, Iowa. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on October 12th, 2017 and end by October 26th, 2017. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on September 21st, 2017 at 3:00 PM at FMC Office Building located at 109 SE 13th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
