Description
This project consists of the complete replacement of the Bellevue State Park Lodge Roof. Includes removal/disposal of existing roofing material, old vent pipe removal, deck sheathing repair, roofing underlayment, new roofing material, removal/ replacement/aluminum wrapping of all fascia and rake trim, removal/disposal of existing gutters/downspouts, new 6-inch K-style gutters/downspouts with metal gutter guards and any necessary site clean-up.
