The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking concessionaire(s) to operate within the Honey Creek Resort at Rathbun Lake. The concessions include the (1) resort and marina operations and/or (2) golf course operations. Respondents can propose to operate one or both concessions.
