***Contractors will need to visit the job site in Elkader, Iowa, complete their own measurements, and submit a bid based on their own specifications. There are no existing plans for this job.*** Equipment, supplies, labor, and removal of debris/existing bathtub and flooring included. Remove existing bathtub; remove flooring as required; install new shower surround, new flooring, new trim, new door; and caulk as required. No painting needed. Work will take place in private residence in Elkader, Iowa. All work will comply with State of Iowa and Clayton County building codes.
