Description

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services – Central Procurement Bureau, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving bids for the construction of a walk-in freezer package including electrical and mechanical appurtenances at the Independence Mental Health Institute (IMHI) in Independence, Iowa. The project also includes approximately 2,000 sf of brick tuckpointing and misc. brick replacement associated to the project. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on January 1st, 2018 and end on May 25th, 2018. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm, local time, Tuesday, November 7th, 2017. Late bids will not be considered.
