The Authority seeks to hire a verifier for single-family and multi-family new housing projects funded being built to the National Green Building Standard (NGBS). The verifier will provide technical assistance to the Authority, subrecipient cities & counties, and developers and verify that the new housing units are being built to the applicable NGBS level.
