The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services to evaluate the existing gutters and downspouts and flat roofs at the south stair, north stair, and elevator overrun on the DOC MPCF Building 18 Roof Replacement. Include design of roof replacement for existing transite roof shingles of Building 18 at Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility.
