Description

This project is for a traditional breakpoint nutrient reduction wetland. In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation, grading, steel sheet pile installation, tile installation, water control structure, riprap, concrete grout and seeding. This project includes about 15,204 cubic yards of earthwork, installation of 2,523 square feet of steel sheet pile, water control structure, 540 linear feet (LF) of HDPE tile installation, 957 LF of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), 303 tons of riprap, 46 cubic yards of concrete grout and 15.2 acres of seeding. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $450,000 to $550,000. Completion Dates: Construction: November 15, 2027 Seeding: December 15, 2027 (Structure and Buffer Seedings must follow the seeding period stipulated in the Technical Specifications)
