Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management is beginning the process of creating a Sole Source contract with Noble Supply & Logistics for the procurement of the HazMatlQ 4-Step System. This is a training and response system designed to assist responders ineffectively assessing risks and making rapid, informed, and safe decisions during hazardous materials/WMD events. This system incorporates copyrighted "smart charts" that serve as job aids, facilitating quick risk assessment and decision-making to mitigate hazardous situations. Vendors who believe they would be able to provide the services and meet these requirements should contact the purchasing agent before the expiration of the posting.
