Description

The Iowa Utilities Board seeks bids for Court Reporting Services. This Request for Bid is to seek qualified court reporters and/or court reporting firms to provide reporting services during board meetings, public hearings and other proceedings throughout the State of Iowa. The intent of this RFB is to award multiple contracts to Bidders for the purpose of building a list of qualified court reporters and/or court reporting firms. The goal is not to have one single dedicated court reporter and/or court reporting firm. But to build a list of committed court reporters and/or court reporting firms to give IUB the flexibility to schedule court reporting services for IUB Hearings.
