Request for Proposals
Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified Respondents for services for debris hauling, grinding, disposal, and related services on an “as needed” basis for either declared or non-declared events. It is the intent of the State to select a single Respondent or Respondent to accomplish all services outlined in this RFB. The solicitation may be awarded to multiple Respondents.
The awarded contract(s) shall begin on January 1, 2024 and be on an “as needed” basis. Iowa DAS shall not guarantee any amount of business to the awarded Respondent(s) throughout the longevity of the contract. Iowa DAS does not have any projects now and in the immediate future for the services that shall be provided under this contract
