Description
Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) is looking to contract with a vendor to provide janitorial services to its Knoxville Branch Office, 306 N. Sherman St., Knoxville, Iowa, 50138. Every other week duties include: 1) vacuum carpets; 2) mop floors; 3) clean bathroom and kitchenette facilities; 4) wash windows; 5) dispose of trash; and 6) dust corners and floorboards for cobwebs and spiders. Monthly duties will include cleaning the inside and outside of the window and front door. Quarterly duties will include spot cleaning carpets around September 30th, December 31st, March 31st, and June 30th. Contractor will provide all supplies, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to completely clean the office as indicated.
