Description
***Contractors will need to visit the job site in Seymour, Iowa, complete their own measurements, and submit a bid based on their own specifications. There are no existing plans for this job.*** Equipment, supplies, labor, and removal of all leftover materials and debris included. Install wheelchair ramp off front door porch using pressure treated lumber. Ramp will have two platforms ending at front sidewalk and will be approximately 35' long x 40" wide. Install vertical spindles on all sides as needed. Install slip resistant carpet on all sloped surfaces. Materials used will be lowest cost materials available to meet the needs of the agency in compliance with IAC 79.9 (2). All framing, decking, and railings will be treated lumber. Ramp will be handicap accessible and will comply with Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines with a slope of less than one inch of drop per one foot of slope. Work will take place at a private residence in Seymour, Iowa. All work will comply with State of Iowa and Wayne County residential building codes.
