Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management is beginning the process of creating a Sole Source contract with Iowa Community Action Association for Services based on the requirements listed below: 1. To meet the obligations of the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program (IIAGP) as authorized by Iowa Code 29C.20A and Iowa Admin Code ch 441-5 58. 2. Iowa Disaster Case Management (IDCM) Program as authorized by Iowa Code 29C-20B and Iowa Admin Code ch 441-58. Vendors who believe they would be able to provide the services and meet these requirements should contact the purchasing agent before the expiration of the posting.
