The Department of Health and Human Services (the Agency) is seeking a vendor to provide weekly janitorial services at the following location: 101 Iowa Ave. W, Suite 400 Marshalltown, IA 50158 The Agency anticipates signing a contract with an initial term of one year, beginning on 8/1/2026. The Agency shall have the sole option to renew the contract for up to five additional one-year terms.
