The Iowa Department of Administrative Services – Central Procurement, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving bids for construction of two (2) new bioretention cells and other associated site/landscape work at the Capitol Complex in Des Moines, Iowa 50319. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on August 21st, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Capitol Complex FMC Building, 109 SE 13th St. in Des Moines, Iowa. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
