THE CONTACT PERSON FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS: Name: Tammy Wetjen-Kesterson Phone: 319-321-5730 Email: jkvbwdecatandcppc@gmail.com Procurement Description: The Jefferson/Keokuk/Van Buren/Washington Decategorization Project Board is seeking a qualified entity to provide domestic violence outreach and shelter services covering Van Buren & Washington Counties. The anticipated term of any resulting contract will be from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. This contract potentially may have two (2) yearly renewals. Contracts will be limited to a maximum of $50,000 for year one. The maximum potential value of contract with renewal is $149,999. All contracts and renewals are subject to the availability of funds.
