Description

The Council Bluffs office of Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services, located at 300 W. Broadway, Suite 33, Council Bluffs, Iowa, 51503, is soliciting bids for janitorial services in its office. The office is approximately 2,486 square feet. The successful contractor shall provide the following Scope of Services: Three times per week tasks: • Vacuum all carpeted areas • Empty all trash containers/shredders and return to the original location • Dispose of all trash and replace trash liners • Wipe down and sanitize table, chairs, and all surfaces in the lobby and conference room • Secure door(s) upon leaving Once per week tasks: • Sweep and mop kitchen floor • Wipe down and sanitize the kitchen counter tops, table, chairs, and all surfaces • Clean microwave, top and sides of refrigerator • Clean entry door inside and out • Spot clean carpet and chairs as needed • Remove all smudges on walls and baseboards • Sanitize trash receptacle • Clean all surfaces of the ceiling air exchange covers in every room Once per month tasks: • Dust and remove cobwebs from all blinds and door frames • Wash all windows in front lobby Twice per year tasks (October and April): • Shampoo carpet • Clean upholstered chairs and fabric on sides of all workstations
