Description

The Iowa Finance Authority (the “Authority”) and the State of Iowa Treasurer (the “Treasurer”) are seeking proposals from qualified banking institutions to provide Trust Services for the Single Family Mortgage Bonds (SFMB), Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds (SFMRB), Multifamily Housing Bonds (MHB) and the State Revolving Fund Bonds (SRFB) as specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Trust Services provided will be in accordance with all applicable SFMB, SFMRB, MHB and SRFB, (collectively the “Master Trust Indentures”) rules and regulations. The Authority and the Treasurer are seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as Trustee or Trustee Services Provider to the Authority.
