Addendum Two - there is an RFP number error in Attachment #2 Authorization to Release Information Letter in the first paragraph. The RFP number reads as “19DIRPIOAMURP-004” and should reads as “19CRDLWBNHOOG-004”. The RFP is being amended to reflect the correct RFP number 19CRDLWBNHOOG-004. Please see the attachments for details on both. Update 3/19/2019: Notice of Addendum One posted. There is a date error in section 2.9 Submission of Bid Proposals and section 2.10 Bid Proposal Opening. This date should have been April 11, 2019 and not May 11, 2019. The RFP is being amended to reflect the correct date of April 11, 2019. Please see the attached document for details kindly notice that you will need to acknowledge and include this addendum document with your proposal. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide stream restoration design and construction oversight services for the Steamboat Rock Dam. The DNR seeks to restore natural stream functions using cost effective methods with low ongoing maintenance costs. Please see attached documents for details.
