Description

Juvenile Court Services (JCS) within the Second Judicial District of Iowa (D2), is seeking vendors to provide Comprehensive Family Therapy services for all counties throughout JCS D2. JCS D2 includes the counties of: Boone, Bremer, Butler, Calhoun, Carroll, Cerro Gordo, Floyd, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hardin, Humbolt, Marshall, Mitchell, Pocahontas, Sac, Story, Webster, Winnebago, Worth and Wright. D2 is anticipating awarding multiple contracts based upon the proposed area served by each proposal. Vendors shall clearly identify any/all counties they propose to serve. The goal is to retain services for all counties within JCS D2. D2 has utilized Comprehensive FamilyTherapy program for 5 years, with a yearly average of 280 youth served
