Description

Bel Aire Boat Ramp Pit Latrine Project at Storm Lake - This project is designed provide a new pit vault latrine in the boat ramp parking area of Bel Aire Boat Ramp Access at Storm Lake, Buena Vista County, Iowa. The main work under this project includes supply and setting of an “Iowa Standard” single precast concrete pit latrine. Other work included in the contract would be excavation for the building, excavation dewatering, installation of granular base material, PCC paving removal, PCC paving, bollards, parking lot striping, and ADA signage.
