Description

Lake Rathbun is located in Appanoose County and the Rathbun Law Enforcement complex is within Honey Creek State Park on the north side of the lake. This new heated storage building will house Rathbun Law Enforcement's largest boats and equipment. It will have three (3) heated bays with an accessible storage mezzanine. It will also have a restroom, breakroom area, and mechanical room. The storage building will be constructed from Structural Insulated Panels and have heat. The break room will receive air conditioning via a mini-split system. There will also be a pull-through bay on the south end of the building and a concrete apron on the front.
