Description

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals for a complete, fair market Appraisal Report of Honey Creek Resort State Park located at Rathbun Lake, 12633 Resort Drive in Moravia Iowa. The Appraisal Report will be performed to the most recent edition of the Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Due to the complexity of this special-use property, in particular ownership interests and mode of operation, it could include more than one premise of value conclusion. This is expected to be decided after consultation with the eventual awarded vendor/appraiser. The intended use of the Appraisal Report is for internal purposes.
