Description
Weekly duties, twice per week: Vacuum all carpeted areas, empty all trash containers/shredders and return to the original location, dispose of all trash and replace trash liners. Wipe down and sanitize table, chairs, and all surfaces in the lobby, conference room, and kitchenette area.
Weekly duties, once per week: Vacuum floors, clean microwave and refrigerator (outside surfaces). Clean entry door inside and out, spot clean carpet as needed. Clean all surfaces and toilets in the bathroom, sweep and mop floor in bathroom.
Monthly duties, once per month: Dust blinds and all door frames and remove cobwebs. Wash windows in front lobby.
Yearly duties: Clean carpet twice per year; the first week of April and the first week of October.
Contractor will be responsible for all cleaning equipment and supplies. IVRS will provide supplies such as towels, soap, tissue, napkins, waste container liners, and light bulbs.
