Description

During the Ninetieth General Assembly of 2023 an Enrolled Bill (House File 617) relating to Iowa Utilities Board review of specified provisions and utility rate making has been submitted to the Governor. The Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) has been instructed to conduct a review of current Iowa Code provisions and ratemaking procedures and to prepare a final report with findings and recommendations. The IUB will competitively procure a vendor to assist in the research, coordination and writing of the report.
