Description

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking a Service Provider to produce outdoor billboard advertising and billboard lease spaces near Spirit Lake/Arnolds Park, Clear Lake, Storm Lake, and Emmetsburg to target boaters and anglers near high-use lakes infested with aquatic invasive species (AIS). DNR anticipates that the term of any resulting contract will be July 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019.
