Request for Proposals
Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek a qualified service provider to coordinate and deliver Crisis Services programming for youth ages 0-18 and their families on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis in Calhoun, Pocahontas, Webster, Hamilton, Humboldt and Wright Counties. Programming shall be two-fold, providing short term temporary services focusing on the safety, permanence and well-being of children through intervention and childcare. Crisis intervention shall be available to youth 0-18 and their families who do not: receive Child Welfare Assistance from DHS are involved with Juvenile Court Services or come from Law Enforcement referrals. Crisis childcare shall be available for youth 0-12 and their families regardless of involvement with DHS.
