Request for Proposal for a Fixed Price Contract for providing food service management services to the Garner-Hayfield-Ventura School can be picked up at 605 W. Lyons Street any time between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. or requested electronically by emailing hfischer@ghvschools.org. A required pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday April 16th, 2021 at 10:00 AM-2:30 PM, at the Garner-Hayfield-Ventura Community School district 605 W. Lyons Street, Garner. Proposals are subject to all the conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Proposal and will be received at Garner-Hayfield-Ventura Community School District and shall be marked on the envelope “Food Service Management Proposal, #2021-1.” Proposals will be received until May 10th, 2021, 2021 at 4:00 PM for supplying Garner-Hayfield-Ventura Community School Food Authority with food service management services during the 2021-2022 school year.
