Description
In general, the work involves, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, construction of terraces, intakes, storm sewer, rock drain, revetment placement, erosion control, subgrade preparation, permanent seeding, and installation of 1” water service. This project includes approximately 80,800 cubic yards of excavation, approximately 14.4 acres of permanent seeding, approximately 0.1 acres of wetland fringe seeding, and 1,405 linear feet of 1” water service. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $415,000-$460,000.
