Completion Dates: Construction: November 15, 2026 Seeding: December 15, 2026 (Structure and Buffer Seeding) Project is a traditional breakpoint nutrient reduction wetland. Work involves selective clearing, excavation, grading, steel sheetpile installation, tile installation, water control structure and seeding. Project includes about 18,700CY of earthwork, installation of 1,403 SF of steel sheetpile, water control structure, 385 LF of tile installation, 116 LF of drawdown pipe, 920 TN of riprap and clean stone, 115 CY of concrete grout and 8.7 acres of seeding. Estimated construction cost range is $300,000 to $400,000.
