Glenwood Redevelopment Corporation (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Resource Center Building Abatement Area 1 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the HDR office located at 1917 S. 67th Street, Omaha Nebraska, 68106-2973, until Wednesday, May 27 th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be privately opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Removal and proper disposal of all materials, including asbestos containing material and other hazardous building materials, contained in approximately 12 single story structures. This project is the first of a series of abatement and demolition projects at the former Glennwood Resource Center that will be forthcoming in 2026 to provide future opportunities for Bidders to submit bids. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Resource Center Building Abatement – Area 1
