IEDA | IFA seeks to hire a contractor to develop an Iowa Zoning Atlas with a publicly available mapping tool illustrating key features and regulatory characteristics of zoning codes across units of local government. Primary goals of the study include (1) the development of an inventory and analysis of local zoning ordinances in Iowa and (2) the compiling of data to evaluate how local zoning ordinances impact housing development in Iowa.
