Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services – Central Procurement Bureau, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving bids for replacing interior and exterior sewer associated with the kitchen and laundry facilities in Building ‘H’ at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility located at 1550 L Street, Fort Dodge, Iowa, 50501. This work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, PCC paving, interior concrete slabs, quarry tile flooring, fluid applied flooring, plumbing, pipe lining, and electrical work.
An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility, 1550 L Street, Fort Dodge, Iowa 50501. The meeting will convene in the Administration Building (Building ‘K’). This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
