Description

Glenwood Resource Center (GRC) offers a continuum of care to Iowans experiencing intellectual disabilities. Located in southwest Iowa, GRC provides residential services for individuals who have struggled to be successful in the community, provides in home support for those who transition to the community and assists community-based providers by providing assessments, training and other technical support. The goal of all GRC services is to help individuals be successful in their communities. Glenwood Resource Center issued a purchase order in 2013 for the BD Pyxis MedStation 4000, 6 drawer cabinet and a console for drug storage and dispensing of pharmaceuticals used in health care settings. Glenwood Resource Center is seeking eligible bidders to provide service and maintenance to their BD Pyxis MedStation 4000 until its end of lifecycle of the equipment per the manufacturer, current date December 31, 2021. Glenwood Resource Center intends to enter into a service agreement for the support of the BD Pyxis MedStation 4000.
