The Department of Public Defense is accepting proposals from qualified Respondents to modernize the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The current SCADA system has been in place since 2008. The proposed Upgrade should enhance the facilities' operation, monitoring, and management, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
