Description
Construction of a Nutrient Reduction Wetland in Winneshiek County. Instructions on how to join the plan holders list to receive meeting minutes and addenda are found in the attached Document AA, Notice to Bidders. // In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation, grading, steel sheet pile weir construction, tile installation, CMP water control structure, and seeding. This project includes around 34,900 cubic yards of earthwork, 2,198 square feet of sheet pile, 1,728 linear feet of tile installation, 880 tons of riprap, 65 cubic yards of grout, and 21 acres of seeding. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $380,000 to $420,000. // A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:30 AM, on October 19, 2022 at the Spillville Public Library, 201 Oak Street, Spillville IA, 52168. Attendance at the pre-bid conference by prospective bidders is not mandatory but is encouraged.
