Capitol Complex Fuel Tank Fuel Removal and Refill

Description
Due to the degradation of fuel quality over time, the Department of Administrative Services General Services is seeking bids from qualified bidders for the removal of the existing ultra-low sulfur diesel #2 and any remaining sediment. Through a separate solicitation, the tank will be inspected and repaired. As a part of this solicitation’s scope, the tank will need to be refilled with ultra-low sulfur diesel #2 upon the completion of work on the tank.
The tank capacity is 300,000 gallons; however, the tank fuel level is maintained at around 30,000 gallons.
