Description
Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) is looking to contract with a vendor to provide janitorial services to IVRS's Sheldon branch office, 1022 - 3rd Ave., Suite 2, Sheldon, Iowa, 51201. The successful contractor will perform the following duties once per week: 1) clean both bathrooms; 2) mop the entryway floor: 3) dust entire office; and 4) vacuum entire office. On a quarterly basis, the successful contractor will wash the inside and outside of all windows.
