Description
Iowa DAS on behalf of Iowa Department of Education is seeking Respondents to provide the most up to date and evidence-based programming available for an OWI Education Program.
The state of Iowa Code 321J.22 Drinking driving course dictates that an approved provider offers a drinking and driving education course for those individuals being arrested for an OWI (operating while under the influence) in the state of Iowa. The course is required to be 12 hours in length. This course is in person only. We do offer for out of state client an online 12-hour course in length. Iowa Department of Education is exploring options to ensure we are utilizing the most up to date and evidence-based programming available.
