***Contractors will need to visit the job site in Marshalltown, Iowa, complete their own measurements, and submit a bid based on their own specifications. There are no existing plans for this job. *** Equipment, supplies, labor, and removal of debris/existing door included. Quote for replacing existing out swinging door with a new out swinging door. Door will be a full view unit with a left-hand sidelight glass to allow for it to fit into existing door space. Door was sized to fit into existing space to prevent any additional labor or material cost. Outswing door is needed to allow for the automatic door opener that was already approved. Work will take place in private residence in Marshalltown, Iowa. All work will comply with ADA, City of Marshalltown and Marshall County building codes.
