An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the State Historical Building Auditorium at 600 East Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. A building walkthrough will follow the meeting. This meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
