Description

The objective of this RFP is to hire a Contractor to maintain the Iowa Department of Revenue (IDR) and Alcoholic Beverages Division building to provide a safe, healthy, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing environment for employees and visitors. A MANDATORY Site Visit and Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 1:00PM on March 10, 2026 at the Iowa Department of Revenue Board Room at 1918 SE Hulsizer Road, Ankeny, Iowa. Only companies in attendance at this site visit will be eligible for award of this RFP.
